After many years working as a classically trained chef, I have come to realize what I love most is creating abundant displays of the beautiful food this region has to offer. I am a huge fan of seasonal produce, organic proteins, quality charcuterie, and artisan cheese. I forge for all the ingredients that I use to cater a gathering and to grace the boards and tables I create.
