Chef Kellie

I am a classically trained chef living in Los Angeles. In California we have some of the best produce in the world, which definitely leads the way for me to change my dishes every season. I have a passion for beautiful, flavorful food. I have come to realize what I love most is creating artful arrangements of produce forward dishes. When I visit the farmer's market I see the seasons change in the offerings and I start dreaming up decadent displays of buffets and grazing tables.
